As the governor is doing everything imaginable to try to spin things otherwise, the truth is, Governor Cuomo has been ensuring the cover-ups of staggering numbers of reported sexual assaults and rapes of our most vulnerable women and children with disabilities. State documents and records obtained through Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) do not lie; they paint a picture of rampant sexual abuse, rape and cover-ups.

Thousands of sexual assaults and rapes of women and children are being covered-up annually within Governor Andrew Cuomo’s six mental health agencies. Governor Cuomo has ensured that most sexual predators, pedophiles and rapists within his agencies are protected from being; fired, arrested, indicted, prosecuted, from the sex abuse registry and in doing so has allowed most sexual predators to continue to rape and destroy extremely vulnerable individuals lives. For over ten years, from 2007 to present, Attorney General Cuomo and then Governor Andrew Cuomo have protected countless sexual predators, pedophiles and rapists. This timeline proves years of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s direct involvement.
As the national spotlight is focused on the wide-scale sexual harassment, sexual abuse and cover-ups, Governor Cuomo is attempting to disguise his crimes, by pointing the fingers at others and away from him. The facts are the facts and they are undisputable, the evidence is overwhelming. Governor Cuomo has not protected women and children from sexual abuse and rape, but the exact opposite; he has endangered women and children.
New York State mental health agencies are rampant with sexual abuse and rape and most of these atrocities occurring within Cuomo’s agencies are being internally reported to another one of Cuomo’s agencies and internally covered-up. Years of State documents reveal the reported cases within one agency alone to be 325 every three months or 1,300 within OPWDD annually. A very reputable study says only 3% of these sex crimes are ever reported making the real possible numbers to be close to 43,000 sexual assaults every year of people with developmental disabilities.

Governor Cuomo has been protecting one of his top officials, Jay Kiyonaga, who has been involved in ensuring that thousands of reported sexual assault cases never were reported to local police or county prosecutors. Governor Cuomo has had full knowledge of Kiyonaga’s involvement in the obstruction of justice because he directed these criminal activities. Jay Kiyonaga headed up Cuomo’s whitewash cover-up entity, wrongfully named the Justice Center, which covers –up almost all rapes. Kiyonaga was recently promoted by Gov. Cuomo to be the Deputy Commissioner of OPWDD, over 126,000 developmentally disabled people’s lives, after allegations of sexual harassment were made against Kiyonaga.

When the worst of the worst sex crimes, atrocities and cover-ups are occurring with Governor Cuomo’s mental health agencies the governor has the nerve and audacity to release this statement below publicly, the hypocrisy is off the charts;

As Governor Andrew Cuomo has refused to protect women and children with disabilities that are in constant grave danger of being raped. Governor Cuomo has been intricately involved in the cover-ups of massive numbers of sexual assaults and rapes. The governor is attempting to claim that he and New York State are going turn society's revulsion into reform and to lead the way is ludicrous and outright insanity. The governor’s statements could be compared to Harvey Weinstein coming out publicly claiming he is going to reform Hollywood on this issue. We are talking about a former Attorney General, and now a sitting governor, that for over ten years has directed, protected, aided and abetted, as well as ensured that tens of thousands of sexual assaults and rape crimes disappeared.

Governor Cuomo is the kingpin, he is directly involved in a very sick and illegal scheme to protect and shield most sexual predators and rapists from being fired and from criminal prosecution. The main motive is to protect and hide these sex crimes is Cuomo’s Medicaid fraud Ponzi Scheme, where billions of federal tax dollars are misappropriated. Governor Andrew Cuomo’s willful actions and in-actions have protected countless sexual predators and rapists, allowing them to thrive and violate God only know how many more innocent victims.
Governor Cuomo has chose to protect sexual predators and rapists from being jailed leaving everyone’s children in New York State potentially in danger. When these sexually deviant individuals escape prosecution, and the sex abuse registry, no one knows, if they are living next door, or in their neighborhood. This pedophile New York State employee/caregiver escaped justice for years and would be still raping our most vulnerable, if he wasn’t finally apprehended by the feds.

No longer can 911 and local police be bypassed, 911 call systems must be immediately called by all mandated reporters regarding all sexual abuse and rapes. Currently, Governor Cuomo has directed these sex crimes to be internally reported where almost all disappear. The worst criminals are those in authority that protect sexual predators, Governor Andrew Cuomo is without question, the worst or the worst – he must be prosecuted.
