Thousands of protesters in Oregon lay facedown across a bridge with hands on their backs to send a powerful message.Protests across the country have continued for more than a week over George Floyd's death while in police custody in Minneapolis.An officer was seen on video with a knee to Floyd's neck while handcuffed for nearly nine minutes. Derek Chauvin was charged on Friday with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.Protesters in Portland, Oregon, on Tuesday marched to the Burnside Bridge and lay in the same position in which Floyd was restrained for nine minutes, KOIN reported.Watch the video above to see the demonstration.
