The Congressional Leadership Fund, a super PAC allied with the House Republican leadership, is up with a new cable TV and digital ad attacking Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-Ringoes) for being too liberal.

The ad, called “Screwed,” uses the obligatory grainy photos of negative ads twice plays an audio recording of Malinowski saying “New Jersey’s getting screwed.”

Script: “Liberal Tom Malinowski.  He’s right about one thing.  ‘New Jersey’s getting screwed.’  And Malinowski’s making it worse. Malinowski opposed the middle class tax cuts that saved families thousands. Worse, Malinowski supporters higher taxes on working families.  That means lots more in taxes just ripped from your paycheck.  Tom Malinowski, he’s too liberal.  ‘New Jersey’s getting screwed.’ And he’s making things worse.”

The ad does not mention Malinowski’s GOP challenger, Senate Minority Leader Thomas Kean, Jr.

“Democrats ran on promises of bipartisanship but their records reveal the truth about how they have embraced the worst of Washington,” said CLF President Dan Conston. “Democrats will have to face the music as voters back home realize their records are too liberal and too phony to deserve second terms.”

It’s not immediately clear how much the super PAC is spending on the ad.
