MEADVILLE, Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri driver was airlifted to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries after he collided with a semi-truck from Kansas.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol indicates that around 11:10 a.m. on Monday, June 23, emergency crews were called to the area of Highway 36 and Highway 139 in Meadville with reports of a 2-vehicle crash.
When first responders arrived, they said they found a 62-year-old Meadville man in a 1999 Ford pickup failed to yield the right of way at the highway and crashed into a passing 2018 International semi-truck driven by a 36-year-old Basehor, Kansas, man.
